These quest are linked with those from SW, meaning that out of quests offered each day in every city you can only choose one cooking and one fishing quest.
So earlier today I want to say around 7:30am PST I was doing quests on Moon Guard and decided to go repair in Dalaran. I noticed the server was being extremely sluggish. So instead of getting frustrated I decided to log off for awhile and then came back around 8am PST or so. When I came back I noticed my quest tracker was missing and I know I have a lot of quests that still need to be done. When I go to my main map by using the M button I see they are all there.
So I figured maybe my addons are causing a problem, so I turned them all off and relogged back in. Still no success. So I went to test this and grabbed a new quest real quick and it brought the quest tracker back, but it only shows that one quest while the rest I can only see by going to my map. So I try more troubleshooting steps.
I went ahead and cleared out my game cache by renaming my cache, interface and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld and WTFOld and then resigned into the game. When I got back in same problem is happening. When I log into my alt characters all their quests stay on their tracker. It seems to only happen on my main character, this druid.
The game is playable if I want to see my quests I have to go look at my map or my mini map. However this is rather annoying. Is there anything else I can do without having to reinstall the game.

Make sure they are being tracked. You will have to click each one and then the track button.
